Today, the girls and I went to a baby shower while Jett and dad stayed home. Apparently they did a little shopping at Sports Chalet because mid shower I got this picture texted to me:
Jett started Friday Night Lights football recently so Sean mentioned that they might head to the park for a little football practice. I figured this was a good idea since Jett ran the ball the wrong way in his game the night before.
I had no idea that Sean was going for this type of intense training:
And by the way…Sean started the video in the middle of his hill run. The last time up the hill was his seventh trip. Poor kid!!!!!
