We had a great Thanksgiving spent with lots of people we love! Of course, any gathering calls for a photo op so this time the kids talked Great Grandma Jo into jumping into the picture with them. It didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped…4 toddlers and a baby don’t really make for the most cooperative subjects!
Luckily Grandma Jo is used to the chaos with 9 children of her own, 21 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She just kept on smiling!!
****Grandma Jo- am I right on those numbers? ****
Speaking of Grandma Jo and her great grandkids…here she is, meeting the latest and the greatest.
Auntie Olivia snuck in some cozy time with Ruby too. It’s tough being the smallest and the cutest member at family parties :)
Lila decided it was time to ditch the baby swing and brave it big girl style…
So with a little help from dad and some encouragement from her pal Jacob she was on her own!
Thanksgiving is a time for eating and sharing so Lila made sure she got in on that action by feeding Jacob some pumpkin pie.
Jett and the rest of the boys spent most of the day outside doing this. I’m not sure what happened to Luke back there? He looks hurt but he’s not in the ring so….? Dunno!
In true Thanksgiving fashion the meal was ended with a tired bunch! Ruby was passed around and just slept and slept…
Wait- apparently she wasn’t the only one that slept!
Jett and his buddy Drew.
This is four generations here :)
And here are some Great Grandma ‘out takes’ .
Can’t say we didn’t try! Thanks for being such a good sport Grandma!
