Big Bear 2010

Momo and Papa took the whole gang up for the annual Big Bear vay-cay. We had a great time sledding, hiking and playing. Thanks Momo and Papa!!!

Here is the whole gang except for Raquel...she didn't make it over fast enough :)

While the boys spent the day sledding, Lila stayed cozy with Momo.

Jett liked this bear until he got up close...those teeth look veeery sharp! Plus he told us he didn't want the bear to eat his waffle.

I don't even know why we bother for a group shot anymore...we never get all of them to look AND smile at the same time.
I guess this one isn't too bad...Jett is one-eying his Eagle and Drew is interested in something other than the pic...Oh well!!
The highlight of the trip was the sledding. We started off right outside the condo on this little "trial" hill:





Jett wanted to try and "fly like superman"

But then moved on to these more advanced hills:

Drew found the perfect stick. Jett was really jealous because it was "just like Yoda's!!"

Papa was the brunt of quite a few snowballs! Here he is getting pelted from all sides...Jett and Uncle Josh teamed up for the assault.

Speaking of Lila...we decided to celebrate her first time in the snow she ought to get a ride down the hill. A few family members were appalled at that idea, for instance Raquel who you can hear taking the video :) It's ok, she liked it!!

As we were getting ready to leave all the boys begged for a few more trips down the hill....
