This was one of my favorite gifts. Luke painted our family. I love so many things about this picture, expecaily Lila's hair bow. Almost distracts from the fact that she has about 9 too many legs! Best family pic ever!!


The annual Christmas pj's. I'm glad Raquel and Ethan aren't fighting this trend yet because they are all so cute. Hmmm, I wonder how long we can get away with this??? At least another decade I'm thinking...
Oh and seriously...this is the best picture I got. From the paprazzi flash off the mirror behind them, to Jett and Drew having an important discussion, Luke flying an imaginary plane, Ethan looking as bored as ever and Lila sliding her way out of Raquel's arms. BUT Raquel looks really cute!

Jett LOOOOVED everything this year. The only problem was that he wanted to examine every tiny detail of every present before moving on. We probably could have gotten away with giving him one gift, he was that pleased. Momo and Papa put Santa to shame with all their presents though so it took quite a long time for Jett to get through opening his loot! Lila had a fabulous time using Jett's presents as climbing devices!

Later on Christmas day we headed up to Grandma and Grandpa's.

Darth reborn.
Grandpa and Grandma pulled through and got Jett another non breakable Darth Vador. He was SO pleased. It has not left his grip since Christmas. Not even for a second.

Another whole fam shot. Jett is so lucky to have all these cousins! As you can see, he can't bring himself to look away from Darth for even a brief picture.

Lila enjoyed every bite of the wrapping paper!

I can harldy put into words the joy Jett has about this cape. His one complaint about his Halloween costume is that it "doesn't have wings." We have tried pinning his cape in different ways to make wings but it's never quite right. Well....autie Kimbo and Uncle Ernie solved the problem.The cape, with a pull of a cord, pops out wings! Jett was the happiest little boy ever!!

Jett's bud Vito. These two are definetly from the same gene pool...they both share a love of costumes and staying up until all hours of the night.


Christmas lasted a few mornings around here...the kids couldn't open all their gifts in one day so it stretched out a few. Spoiled you think???

Mmmmm. More paper.

This was a big hit with Lila. It's a stroller/walker. She pushes this thing around everywhere :) AND if there is ever any doubt that the hair bows are just a fashion accessory- this should put those doubts to rest. They serve a highly necessary function too! Look at that mop!
