Um.....

I'm pretty sure that I am being taken advantage of. Jett has been staying up waaaaaay past his bedtime. Or way past ANY reasonable one year olds bedtime for that matter. He uses and abuses Sean and I to get him up and out of bed every single night. Here he is at almost midnight sharing a late night snack with daddy. And yes, he is dipping his nachos in salsa.

Boooooooooooooooooaaaaaaat

This is all we hear nowadays. Jett wakes up and the first thing out of his mouth is "boooooooaaaaaat" We finally put the boat in the water this past weekend and Jett is obsessed.

Sea World!

THANKS MOMO!

We were super lucky and got to head down to (cooler) San Diego for 2 days so Momo could take us to Sea World. :) It was really fun...Jett loved the baby pit and all the sesame street rides. He got to feed a dolphin, touch a sting ray and even got splashed (really hard) by Shamu!

Happy (belated) Father's Day!

I'm a little behind on my father's day posts, but for good reason. We spent Father's day up in Agoura Hills visiting Sean's family. The boys went golfing while the women stayed home with the children.....every man's dream right? Jett loved spending time with all his cousin's!

Reagan already is just like her mother...always the hostess! Reagan was very concerned about making sure Jett had some refreshments while playing.

It has been SO hot here lately! Too hot to go outside and play.....soooooo guess we'll just stay inside and cool off with some ice cream!

Cage Fighting

Soooo, Sean has watched Jett all by himself a few times now. It has gone great and I think they have a fabulous time! What one year old wouldn't when the day goes like this:

I call home to check on them and the conversation is as follows....
Me: Hey, how's everything going?
Sean: Great! We just woke up. (it's almost 11am)
Me: Oh really? Wow! So what are you feeding Jett for breakfast?
Sean: Oh just some turkey.
Me: Turkey? Um, ok....well have fun!

Later that day...
Me: Hi! Everything still going ok?
Sean: Yep! We just finished lunch.
Me: Really? What did you make for Jett?
Sean: We just had some ice cream.
Me: Ice Cream? Well, maybe he should have a little something else?
Sean: Yeah, we did, we had goldfish and m and m's earlier.
Me: Hmmm, well ok. I'll be home in a little bit
Sean: Gotta go! Were cage fighting!

This is daddy's version of putting baby to bed. He is getting Jett to sleep while simultaneously playing Grand Theft Auto.
