Such a big boy!

Jett insists that I give him a fork or spoon at every meal. It doesn't matter what he is eating, a utensil is always wanted. This morning he decided he was going to feed himself his yogurt so I let him give it a whirl. Not too shabby of a job either! At the end you can see he is very pleased with himself.

For St. Patricks Day Emma got Jett a big box of all things green. He loved everything but he especially loved this green truck. He has been carrying around the truck for days now. When I put him to bed he freaks out if I try and take away the truck. Here is a picture of him from the last three nights.... Thanks Auntie Emma!!

The Easter "now and then" post was so fun that I'm giving you all one more! Here is Jett in his ride for the past year.

Here he is two days old and all ready for his first car ride! I remember he was so tiny he looked ridiculous in that seat!

Here he is at four months. Such a big difference!

Jett is almost 6 months here. This is his first ride in his big boy carseat.

Fabulous Las Vegas

This post is a little late but a couple of weeks ago Papa had a photography conference in Vegas so he took the whole fam! Momo, Auntie Sarah, Uncle John and Luke and Drew all headed out to the city of sin.

Jett had a fab easter. He found a few eggs before church on his slide. He mostly just banged them together...but when he realized they had M and M's in them, he was waaaaaaaay more interested!

Ok, let me explain this picture. Jett is obsessed with Papa. Really obsessed. So in this pic he's mad that Papa won't pick him up. He needs Papa rehab.

Seriously how cute is Drew? And what era is he from? The 20's? So CUTE!

There are no words....

that can describe just how awesome this shirt is that Jett got for his birthday (thanks Eveey!!!!) Jett surely has moved up to the favorite grandson in the Bunch family. *Sigh*....don't we ALL miss Reagan?????

The greatest thing about being one....

Is that you can ride foward facing! Jett has been waiting for this moment.....well, for a year now :) The CHP was so awesome to install it for us and when Jett got in he actually started clapping. It was very funny....

"oooooooooooooooooooooooohhhh!"

He had this perma-smile for the entire ride.

The BOUNCE house

Auntie Emma and Uncle Warren, Kel and Ethan got Jett this humongous bounce house for his birthday. Let me tell you....it looks fantastic in the downstairs living room. Uncle Josh set it up for Jett and decided to get on in too! Jett loves it...he can't wait to have all his friends over to jump.

Baby Jett is not so baby anymore...he turned one!

As you can see, it wasn't the greatest birthday ever. Besides not having his daddy there, he was feeling pretty under the weather.

Reagan was more than happy to help Jett with his cake though. For those that don't know...Reagan is the CHAMP at birthday cake eating. At her first, she ate the entire cake (yes the WHOLE thing) and licked the cardboard! It was amazing and Jett has been talking about matching her all year...booo for being sick on your very first birthday!!

Jett agreed to some cake if Papa held him....

Speaking of Papa...this is how Jett spent the majority of the day...asleep with Papa.

PSA...For Jett's Birthday....

So a few family members have asked me what Jett would like for his birthday....well, it appears that after all the money I spend on the latest and greatest toys, Jett's favorite toy seems to be this wooden spoon.

He first discovered it while rummaging around in the dishwasher. He insisted on eating his entire meal with it. Well, TRYING to eat with it I should say.

Next the spoon went to the bath. He would not let it out of his chubby little fingers!

The spoon hung around for some fun with the door stopper.

Still here....some play time before bed.

I tried to pry it out of his hands before bed but no such luck. Although when I went to check on him I saw that the spoon was ditched for a measuring cup. Which by the way, I have NO idea how THAT got in his crib!!
